Why We Exist
Female Founders Africa™ is an initiative powered by The Radical Leap Group to build a pipeline of bankable women-owned businesses and prepare them for investment, working in collaboration with partners and investors.
Our mission is to help close the funding gap for African female founders by increasing bankability through skills development, increased market reach, technology adoption and investment-readiness preparation.
We see an Africa where more female founders build unicorns and become captains of industries that transform communities and economies.
